How do I become an eFlorist PRO user?

If I am with a relay company such as Interflora or Flowers Direct can I still use eFlorist?
Absolutely! eFlorist is simply a piece of software that allows you to store your orders. It is your choice who you send your orders to. Just remember, that with a 25% commission on every order - there is no relay company offering better!
Will someone come and visit my shop?
Yes. To be considered for eFlorist PRO status one of our Area Sales Managers will come and discuss the viability of becoming part of eFlorist. We will need to see that as a florist receiving orders through our community that you have the skills required to meet the standards expected from all our other florists.
Will I have to pay a joining fee?
No - there are no fees to join eFlorist PRO. What's more we will set you up with an eFlorist LITE account to get you started whilst we process your application.
Will I have to pay a monthly fee?
Every eFlorist PRO user pays a monthly charge of £64.95. This allows you complete access to the full version of eFlorist and receive valuable orders for your business.
Are there any other charges?
There is a service charge (that you pass onto your customer) of £5.95 for next day delivery and £7.95 for same day delivery. So for a £40.00 bouquet to be delivered tomorrow your customer pays £45.95.
What marketing material will I receive?
Every new eFlorist PRO user receives a "Starter Pack". This includes signage for your shop, posters, current design ranges and our impressive design guides. You can order additional personalised material through our Marketing Resources section of eFlorist and download any of the eFlorist product images for free!
Will I be able to talk to other florists?
The heart of eFlorist is our community. With access to the eFlorist Forum you can join in conversations with other eFlorist users, ask questions and gain invaluable floristry knowledge! Our Blog gives regular updates as to what's happening in the industry and with eFlorist itself.
